Connecting To The Divine Protocol-Breaking Power (PMCH)

*Topic: CONNECTING TO THE DIVINE PROTOCOL-BREAKING POWER*

*Text: Luke 13:10–17; Psalm 74:9*

Luke 13:10–13 (KJV): “And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath. And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself. And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.”

What Jesus did in that place was totally out of protocol. But the ruler of the synagogue protested.

Luke 13:14 (KJV) “And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day.”

He said that people could be healed only from Monday to Saturday, but on Sunday, no healing. The Lord answered him and said:

Luke 13:15–17 (KJV): “The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering? And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day? And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed:”

I see somebody here: all your adversaries shall be ashamed! in the name of Jesus. (a sevenfold amen).

There was a protocol in place here, but the power of God moved in, broke that protocol, and healed that woman.

Psalm 74:9 was a lamentation about how the generation in which we find ourselves. It says:

Psalms 74:9 (KJV): “We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.”

This is why the protocol-breaking power is needed. Beloveth, there is power, and there is power.

*There is a power:*

that cannot be despised. 

that cannot be insulted.

that cannot be molested. 

before which all other powers bow. 

that cannot be reproached. 

that no power of darkness can confront. 

that can make you unstoppable. 

that can make a way where there is no way.

to conquer all adversaries working against you. 

to prevail. 

that registers you for uncommon miracles.

that sends back all the evil arrows. 

that calms the storm. 

that brings solutions to complicated problems. 

that makes sweatless victories possible.

I am saying all these because I want you to pray some prayers.

that calms every troubled situation.

that makes difficult things easy. 

that makes your progress inevitable. 

that can promote you effortlessly. There is power, and there is power.

that makes your enemy work in your favour.

that introduces the God who doeth hard things into your situation. 

that converts hardship into easy things. 

that can break down the most stubborn barrier. There is the power of man; there is the power of the devil; there is the power of darkness. But then, there is a power:

that will get you to the top without trampling on others. 

that will wake up the person in you to excel. 

that calms all storms and the rages of the sea. 

that can keep the enemy too busy to harass your life.

that showcases you and celebrates you without any effort on your part. 

that can make you progress beyond your wildest dreams. 

that can plug you into the socket of divine favour. 

that can bring dry bones to life. 

that can divide your Red Sea effortlessly. 

that can place the key to David’s house in your hand. 

that makes it impossible for the lions of this world to touch you. Then, beloveth, there is a power:

that breaks protocols to bless you.

This will drive us into two serious prayers in which people have prayed and received uncommon breakthroughs. If I begin to share testimonies about people that I know who prayed these prayers and got breakthroughs, we will be here till tomorrow.

Can you raise your right hand and shout this loud and clear?

O God, arise and change the rules for my sake, in the name of Jesus.

Power from On-High, that cannot be insulted; fall upon my life, in the name of Jesus.

In Genesis 48, there is an interesting story. Joseph wanted his father, Jacob, to pray for his two boys. The rule in Israel was for the father to lay his right hand upon the firstborn and the left hand upon the secondborn. It is the firstborn that is supposed to receive that right hand. That right hand carried more authority, blessings, and power.

The blessing was reserved for the firstborn. Joseph knew that. Jacob, too, knew that. So Joseph came and put the first born by the right hand of Jacob and the second born by the left hand of Jacob.

He was expecting the man to lay his hands on them like that. But when it came to the case of Ephraim, God broke the protocol. God changed the rule. Jacob crossed his hands, transferred his right hand to the second born, and transferred his left hand to the first born.

The father, Joseph, was very unhappy. He held the hand of his father and said, “Not so, my father; this is the firstborn.” Jacob said, “I know it, my son.”.

I am praying for somebody here: any power that is saying “not so” when your elevation is coming and your promotion is coming, when you are about to be celebrated, with a tenfold amen, kill them now! In the name of Jesus.

(Lay your right hand upon your head.) Anything lodging in my body that God has not put there, hear the Word of the Lord: die! In the name of Jesus.

Powers assigned to donate me to the dining table of darkness, die! In the name of Jesus.

Stargazers attacking my star, hit your head against the Rock of Ages, and explode! In the name of Jesus. 

(Pray this three hot times.) Answers to my prayers, receive unstoppable power! In the name of Jesus.
